What kind of shipping methods do you offer?
Right now, we use the USPS,UPS and FedEx for all orders. Standard shipping typically takes between 3-7 days. All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding Sat-Sun) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. If you aren’t getting updates tracking number , please contact us and we can provide you with a tracking number.
How much does shipping cost?
- 25% of total order if total order > 36.01$
- 9$ if total order < 36.01$ or total order = 36.01$
How much does tax rates?
Tax: 12% of total orders
Do you ship internationally?
No. We are currently only able to process orders for the USA. Apologies to our non-US followers and fans.
When will my order ship?
Once you place your order, we start working on it right away! Shipping and processing times depend on the items in your order.

If your order contains multiple items we will send you each item as it’s ready, so you may receive multiple packages at different times.
What does in-stock, backordered and handmade mean?
In-stock: In-stock items are ready-made, meaning these items are in our facilities and ready to ship to you! We typically ship in-stock items within 1-2 business day from the date ordered. Please be sure to note the shipping estimates on each individual product page you’ll see it above the “Add to Cart” button. We’ll also send shipping details in your confirmation email.
High Demand: This is a hot item— so many people wanted it that we sold out, but we will have more available soon! These pieces are available for purchase and your order will be added to our fulfillment queue. The estimated ship date is indicated on the check out page. You’ll see it above before customer details. Please note that you will be charged at the time the order is placed.
Handmade: Handmade pieces are just that, handcrafted just for you. We start working on your order right away and it typically takes up 3-7 business days to ship. Be sure to note the estimated shipping date on the product page so you can plan accordingly.
Where can I find my tracking number?
After you place an order, you’ll receive an email confirmation with your order number. Your tracking number will be sent to you via a separate email once your order is ready to leave our warehouse. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to update before reviewing your shipment status.
Lost package?
For issues with delivery or tracking, the easiest and fastest way to get a resolution is to reach out directly to the shipping company. Sometimes carriers will prematurely mark shipments as “delivered”, or need additional information from you to complete the delivery.
