NON-PAREIL – These are the most prized capers because of their firm texture and delicate flavor. Non-pareil translates to “has no equal”.
A DELICIOUS SEASONING OR GARNISH – We suggest to unsalt capers before use (by soaking in water for up to 15 minutes). Add a wounderful unique tang to your sauces, seafood, meat, poultry, pasta or salads. As visually appealing as they are tasty!
USE: Use capers non-pareil in both hot and cold recipes, such as chicken piccata, crostini with salmon and cream cheese, and pasta puttanesca.
WASH: Simply wash away the salt and soak capers in water for 15 minutes. Then they are ready to use!
